are big bumpers the same all around the world?

If I were to order a chin spoiler from europe, would it fit my big bumpers? Is there any difference in size and shape in the US and europe? (I got the kit from tuning zubehor, not show quality, but looks better than my faded, sagging stock smalls.)

I believe so. The rebars do differ but the covers should be the same.

i think i saw something in an old, old neuspeed catolog called "euro big bumpers" the description went something along the lines of... "not legal for road use in the US due to different crash standards" the description also said that the bumper was alot thinner than the US one, obviously eliminating the 5 mph foam cushion underneath the bumper, maybe I'm wrong though....

That because the euro re-bar is much thinner and weaker. I ahve never seen big bumpers with foam in them.
