cause im getting some cheap coilovers from ebay and they are for a nk2 but i have a mk1 and the only real difference i could think of is that just the spring perch is different
these are just the coilovers and does not inclue the shocks!

They have the same size front except for pre 1980 A1.
Understand that the coilover conversion kit you are looking at has its own spring perches that are specific for the springs they are selling with the kit,
The entire kit will fit your car but you cannot just pull the springs from the kit and use them with factory suspension seats. You must use all the parts shown in the kit.
