Im new to the VW scene and would like to join a club. If anyone could give me some advice about them or some links to some sites, The info would be greatly aprecciated.......THANX

you can be in "Jason's VW Club" for 10 bucks a month....and heres what you get: 2 stickers that read "Jason", and you can work on my car, anytime! j/k

no seriously, welcome bro. there are an assortment of groups to join here from the highly selective (Rennsport) to the why the hell would we be selective (import xtreme)....but as strictly VW/audi goes, i can think of rennsoprt, DCI, Wasserkraft(sp?)...and im sure others will chime in w/ more

if you want to know anything about Wasserkraft then e-mail me at [email protected], and any thing else about the other grouppes then find salty-ds address from RENNSPORT PDX or taylors from DCI

Here's a Q for the (PDX) clubs...How often do you guys...or at least a portion of you get together for maintenance/repair/clean (CAR) days? This seems like the most important thing about a club..am I right? Getting together to talk repairs & specs...etc. I might dig somthing like that. Oh...and with me comes more!

There must be room for beaters...I like my $500> VWs

Matt...you shoulda' bought that Peugeot from me...It turned out to just need a battery that I replaced...I sold it to DMSRabbit for $150.

It probably would've been fun to take to the track and torture... Well...too late for Stopping by my work tonight...Maybe tomorrow? Seriously though...Its always super fun to work on cars with friends...even if their definition of "working on cars" only entails washing, waxing and armor all ing.

PDX DCI gets together daily and hangs out.
We're a bunch of friends before anything else.
Same with every chapter of DCI.

Well what do u mean by crazy???

Im just trying to find a club to get ideas,hangout,have fun, show off what acomplishments I've done and maybe go fast later on.........
