If you're choosing between the 2, i would get the Neuspeed springs. Although i think they are much stiffer then the "VW" springs ( which are just Eibachs ).
The thing you may have to look out for , is when you mate stiffer springs to the stock shocks/struts, it may wear down the stock shocks/struts prematurely and cause some bounciness later down the road ( no pun intended
