I have a 2018 touareg (mk3) , the armrest seems to stay in one position and I can’t adjust it to any other positions ,, any thoughts?

Sounds right to me. My 2017 does not lock in different height positions as my other VWs do. The only adjustment is pulling it forward.

I have no adjustments at all , same problem here i have a mk7.5 gti with alot of armrest positions
