Very interested but it's not released. Rumor is now they are trying a few different setups and this may not even be close to the final version.

No, that'd work quite nicely on stock or an upgraded turbo. But you got the first two right.
Don't forget very little pressure drop.
Edit: As for fitting in the Rado, depends on how much room between the bumper support and radiator as well as height. I'd imagine it's at least 2.5" thick if not 3". Height is probably about 6-8 inches (core only). Like I said, all this could change. If you are looking for a custom core, http://www.bellintercoolers.com can make you whatever size with whatever endtanks you want. Prices aren't too bad either.
