i just bought a audi tt antena and the threads are to big. I know some of u have out there thats why i bought it. did u buy the base for it also?

I thought you had to get it re-threaded for it to work...won't screw on directly from the factory like the S2000 one will.

i think people bought its on virtual world... they seem to have the tt antenna with the thread that is make for the mkiv's

Virtual World rethreads the TT antenna's before they mail them out. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
So if you just bought the TT antenna from the dealer, it needs to be rethreaded
