So I'm in the middle of replacing my steering rack and also noticed that the back bushings are gone in my control arms. I was thinking of replacing with stock, but it isn't that much more to upgrade to Audi TT ones... Then I found urethane bushing kit from ECS Tuning which is just a little more and I was going to replace the front anyways while I had everything apart.

Urethane:

or...
ECS Urethane Control Arm Bushing Kit http://www.ecstuning.com/Volkswagen-Golf_IV--TDI/Suspension/OEM/ES1097/

If the urethane bushing kit is the better option, which one of the 2 kits should I get??? Anyone have urethane bushings in their car and how do they like it??? I am also look into lowering the car after too, if that makes any difference.
