I just looked in the bentley and this is what they say to do:
1. Switch on the ignition but do not start engine.
2. Push the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor and hold it there
for a minimum of 5 seconds.
Note-
Be sure the floor mats do not prevent the accelerator pedal from being completely depressed.
3. Release the accelerator pedal and switch off the iginition.
