B3 16v turbo, anyone?

Has anyone put together a 16v turbo in a B3 (I'm sure someone has). I was wondering how it turned out and how you did it. I love my passat but it's kind of slow and i have a definate attraction to turbos, so i want one. i'm either considering going with the matrix kit or putting it together from scratch. any advice?

JRC Motorsports has one under construction right now. Should be a real nice sleeper.
