at your throttle cable... there's a plug, is yours populated? I gotta danglin' brown&blue/gray with a matching end, but don't wanna blow something up...

The only possibility that comes to mind is the heating element along the crankcase breather tube (#1 in the pic above).

I meant at the fire wall.... if you check out the 'grommet' there's a plug...mine's empty...I also have auto trans.... someone actually responded from the 12v VR group suggesting that it's for the kick down? I checked my Bentley CD, but again it really sux... good thing it was only $20, when I need to find something, it isn't useful, it barely helped doing the head gasket re&re....
DOH!! I can't believe I forget to mention that in my first post...

That plug goes to that kickdown switch to control the auto tranny downshifting.
