Buy any old BLACK Crown Vic, Grand Marquis or Lincoln Town Car. Drop it at least 2", deep tint the windows, and slap on the biggest chrome wheels you can, then cruise.

My friend used to have this Caddy in all-white, picture it rolling up to the ski resort parking lot with 4 snowboards on top. Such a fun car!
