205 / 45 - R16 is what is recommended for accurate speedometer reading without stretching.
195 / 45 - R16 will get you a smaller side wall, a minor stretch and a minor hitch in your speed readings.
You're not gonna get much of a stretched look on the RXII's.
They're not wide enough (6.5") for the tires available. You need a 7.0" or wider to be "so euro it hurts".

i got em, but they don't look quite like that....
the lips are a little blingier and the centers are a bit darker
