I have koni Reds on full firm and Neuspeed Race and I have bent 2 controls arms since I've gotten them. the car is really stiff and I think that it's too stiff and that's why shhiitt keeps breaking..also my brand new 2.0L strut bearings were just killed after 2-3weeks of use....but it handles like a dream

the control arms bear very little load... they locate the suspension.
Be careful the struts don't push thru the towers.
