I am thinking of the C6 Sprots package wheel.
it's 16X7 5-spoke Wheel

they have the same type of mounting bolts.
No idea about pattern.

should fit most 5x112 passat and Audi's with slight mods/spacers, though not the tt. tt and all other vws use 5x100 for 5 lug cars.
