the wikipedia article has some great info on it. Its basically one of the biggest contruction ****ups ever. There is failures in some many of the systems that at one point they were considering demolishing the entire thing and starting over. It was originally budgeted at 2.8b euro, and its projected cost now is 10.5b euro
