the garret chip is an excellent chip from what people on here say. not too long ago there was a poll and i think most people have this chip. you should run high octane gas in your car since you got a chip. your chip cuts out the redline limiter, speed governor and increased your horsepower by 10-12. it's quite alright that you don't know a lot about dubs, i was in your shoes about a year ago and i still feel like i don't know jack about VW's. just read posts that interest you and ask any questions that you may have and i'm sure that someone will answer them. welcome to the vortex!!!
