There aren't too many A3 VW's down here in Aggieland, so I just got my Magnaflow off of Vortex member's advice on a group buy. I really love it, and for the price, it can't be beat. I heard a TT when I was in Boston visiting some of my friends, and it was a little better sounding. More throaty, less whine to it at high-rpm.... I guess it just depends on what you want to spend, and what sound/performance you are looking for.

I kinda disagree with that, I've had both tt/borla and magnaflow catbacks, the magnaflow is much deeper, less raspy, but I think I am going to go to a stock vr6 exhaust because I am kind of sick of louder exhausts.

yeah i have the TT w/Borla and i still wish i would of got a Magnaflow

Undoubtly the best exhaust!!!! it looks good it, sounds great, it fits perfect and chicks dig it
!!!!!!! i actually had one problem with mine, there wasn't a middle hanger, it only had the two back ones so whenever i went over big bumps it would hit the brace on the bottom of the car so i just took it to a shop (Bud's Muffler in Colorado Springs) and they welded a hanger on there and was in and out in like 10 minutes and they didn't charge me a dime. you can't go wrong with a magnaflow. it sounds great and i have loved every second of it since i have put it on.

oh i forgot... if you can get a Group Buy started, magnaflow is good about doing those, you can get them extremly cheap. I got mine for $320 shipped to my front door step. with a group buy you will save hundreds of dollars.

magnaflow is really good for the price !!!! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif On a 2.0L it has a better sound than TT I find!!!!

Luvin my exhaust, althougj, I just got mine just over a month ago. Had my car on a hoist this past week-end and found that the only parts that seemed to remain that nice silver colour are the resonator, the muffler and the tip. The pipes connectting them started turning this brownish colour; not rust though. Anybody else notice this????

have a TT and love it. sounds great and added some power. i have had both and i like the TT better but whatever you like, they are both good.

Please consider the Eurosport exhaust. It is high quality and has a very unique,deep tone.
