Im looking into getting coilovers with my income tax return...I know that the bilsteins are cheaper but I have heard that the h&rs are better. Anyone know where I can get a good price for the H&R coilovers. The cheapest I have found them is 1,235 + shipping. anyone know of somewhere I can beat this?? are the bilsteins comparable...or worth getting since they are cheaper?

Potterman and awe-tuning.com all have decent prices on the coilovers. Expect about $1200 +shipping.
BTW, your sig should be no more than five lines deep.

don't learn things the hard way, get the kit from the most reliable vendor in the end the extra $50-$100 is worth not having any headaches. I'll suggest Potterman, he has the kits for like $1,200-$1,300 i don't know what he has them priced at now.

Try Ron at Denon Performance.....
He told me $1100 wasn't impossible for him, when I got mine through someone else, cause he said he'd match or beat that....

Forget anything but H&R...
They've been around forever, and I've never had a problem with my suspension since I had mine put on.
I went 2", plus after it settled, it's probably about 2 1/4", or 2 1/2". In anycase, you won't regret paying the extra for the H&R's. Trust me... THEY'RE AWESOME!

call them up alot of times they have special deals going. But i can't stress how important it is to buy something this expensive and impotant from a stable proven company, its not worth saving $50-$100 by going with a vendor that sources the kits from someone else, and what ends up happening is that they will sit on your order until they get enough orders together to place 1 order with their source to get enough of a price drop for them to make some money. What that means for you is that you'll get the run around for sometimes weeks and possibly get a phone call after a couple of months saying they can't get you the kit for that price. Totally not worth saving the $50-$100. just call up potterman and get them today period.

Thank you.
And it's not just "twits w/vending licenses" that eff up lowball pricing.
If you are reselling something, and you get a set discount, and you're making %4 on the deal because of cheap customers...wouldn't you do whatever you could to maybe make a point or two?
Like
-Order with other stuff to lower your cost
Time=down the drain
-Ship slowboat.com shipping
Time=wasted waiting
But again, jerkin' around for what amounts to a small portion of what you're gonna spend just isn't worth it.
Ask the guys in GB's... half of those fall through...
