I like to use a foaming carpet cleaner on the plastics. As for the leather i use Lexol leather cleaner and then follow up with the Lexol leather conditioner. Does wonders.
The plastic you can even clean with a decent glass cleaner, windex etc.

for plastics i use windex then finish it off with armoral(sp?) but i just recently bought this stuff off of a tv commercial add and it works wonders. it comes with four different bottles for different surfaces, ive used it on my headliner and leather seats and its awesome. ill repost the name of it when i get home

simple green, stiff bristled(sp?) brush, armor all, and auto magic leather conditioner with lanolin.
