I am basically interested in having CityLights available to me on my GLS (Wolfsburg). Question is which is the best option to gain this feature? I have the Euroswitch installed and currently it is stock (no rear/front fogs, for example.)
Can I look for GLX lights in the classifieds? Or must I go e-code? Or is it possible at all?
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Best way to get Citylights on GLS Jetta, w/ Euroswitch (dkrutewicz)

The U.S. Spec Jetta lights (GLS and GLX) do not have city lights. You need e-codes to get city lights on the Jetta. The GTI on the otherhand does have the city light on the U.S. spec headlamps.
E-codes will also get you better lighting. The GLX lights are just the GLS lights with Fogs, where as e-codes change the beam pattern of the driving lights too (and use an H4 bulb vs the u.s. spec #9007)
