some fine grit sandpaper and elbow grease might work. Or you could use some strong paint thinner (fluid). But I don't know how well that would work. I think sanding is the way to go.

I'm actually stripping my ABT spoiler as well. I'm using a mild paint-stripper and a plastic scraper to get it off. You just got to be careful cuz if you leave the paint-stripper on too long it eats away at the spoiler itself. Use the stripper to get the majority of it off and then use some sandpaper and elbow grease like JPawn1 suggested.
