The Pwrhaus MK4 SMIC Kit is the the most direct and simple way to lower intake air temperatures on your 1.8T MK4.

This direct replacement bar-and-plate style SMIC offers increased surface area and more volume for vastly improved cooling performance with minimal pressure drop. With its precise welds, cast and sand blasted endtanks, this SMIC is strong enough to handle anything you can throw at it.

Multi-map sensor fittings - for both small and large sensors - removes the guess work and allows for a trouble free installation on any MK4 1.8T vehicle.

Is this 10% off for the BF sale? I've been looking into an SMIC and this looks like a good one. Do you think I'd notice any difference in the Wintertime? Thanks

We've sold out of these SMICs, but we'll have more on the way from Pwrhaus very soon.
Once more are back in stock, I will bump this thread to let everyone know. Thanks!

UPDATE 01/08/2013: We actually have two of these left in stock! There was an inventory miscount which caused some confusion on our end!

They will not fit the Beetle 1.8T.
The intercooler's inlet/outlet arrangement is slightly different between the platforms.

this is very nice and its pretty much plug and play .....

Noob question -- im running stock turbo, StageII and some add-ons, will this be better for me than a FMIC?

k03/k03s/k04 cars will benefit greatly from adding Pwrhuas' SMIC!
