I have the Neuspeed Bilstein Sport shocks... these have a lifetime warranty right?
They have no visible signs of damage on the outside but have oil all over the outside of the shock.
If this is covered under warranty, how is it handled? Do they send me a new one before I send the old one their way? I would call and ask Neuspeed but they aren't open yet.
