i saw a nice set of 14" mesh "bbs" style wheel made by mahle at the junkyard today and thought they would look good on my rabbit. they were 14x6, with an offset of 14, i could be wrong on that number, but im pretty sure thats what i saw.
the bbs' i have now have an offset of 33, so im wondering if these wheels work on my mk1 jetta? ive seen pics of vws with bmw wheels but im not sure if they are using spacers or anything like that. should i go get em??? they looked pretty good

what i do if i want to see if they'll fit:
i take one of the wheels over to a rabbit, sometimes a cabby if that's all they have, and put them on.
