Here's the scoop. I scratched and dented my fender pretty badly, I had some guys fix it and paint over and they did a fine job reshaping the body but they bought paint from Advanced Auto parts and sprayed the area and then immediatley put wax over it. Now the wax has "dried" in with the paint and won't come off. My question is what's the best way to repaint my fender and give it that factory shine that will match the rest of my car. I have a black 1999.5 Jetta TDI. ANYTHING would be helpful please

In your heading it says Body Shop and in your post it says "guys" ..if it was a body shop .. have them redo it properly. If it was "guys" .. get a body shop to do it.
