well, i took off a couple of my intercooler hoses today and i guess i was looking for "excessive oil" throughout. should there be any oil at all?? there wasnt much, but i little bit. i also looked in the silencer bok and there was a little in there. not a puddle or anything, but a thin film around the inside of it. also im actually running 7.5 lbs of boost with a stock pulley(couldnt there be a tiny leak in a hose?) do you think i have to get a rebuild, or do you think i can throw on a new heavy-duty cog belt and be all right running a 68mm pulley???

well your charger doesnt sound like its that bad.......definitely change the belt, but the 68mm is bit risky.....if you have over 75K on the charger.
