Re: bought 16v rocco and started guttin it out (Nashty Rabbit)

Well, it looks like I need cables for mine, it was skipping a bit last night, but I thought a new pinion would make a difference. It didn't. Any ideas where to get these, or how much the dealer might want? The dealer said that the cables were all the same in all cars, but I think that these are different.
Any info.???

a1 pocket, i'm using everything but the fronts for my bunny and someone's name is on the 10.1's, sorry. beetlevdubn, that is unfortunate. not sure about the cost, but i'm sure it will not be cheap. seeing the pic of your car with the sunroof tilted gave me
very nice work! do what ever you have to in order to fix it. like i said very nice work! Sidrocco, you are in for some fun

Hey, just in case you find yourself in the same situation as me, the cables are $46 each, but the catch is that you have to buy the superceded channels that go with them for $66 each. So the total is about $230, but hey, at least they are still available.

Re: bought 16v rocco and started guttin it out (verboten)

sorry verboten, i'm trading that stuff for new rear rotors and mintix pads, but let me know if you need any other odds and ins. and beetlevdubbin, there is always a catch with the dealers (assumming you spoke to the dealership). but then again, it isn't cheap owning such a beautiful ride! unfortunately, its very expensive, but it looks so so good
