i just got all new sleals a new OEM clutch and a lightend fly wheel and new clutch cabel to replaced all my messed up sstuff . reall nice .. but its hear not to get on it .. how long do i drive like a "granny" befor ei can drive aggressive agian .. and how long should a oem clutch last? .. at least 2 years with semi aggressive driving right?

Aggressive driving doesn't mean that you can't practice clean shifting that promotes long clutch & synchro life. Just match revs and you'll be all set.

at every stop light rev it to 5k and drop it

According to Exxon Mobil you should change your oil every 150 miles, the dentist says you should have a check up every 6 weeks, your crack dealer recommends that you do three lines every half hour, i recommend you break in your clutch by dropping the r's at 5k.
