i bought it from bowow autoparts in vancouver
includes control arm bushings, bump stops, rear axel bushings, rear upper strut tower bushings, and steering rack bushings.

i heard you can just tape everything off and pour poly mix and cutting board chunks into the old bushing locations..................................

doesn't it squeak
i remember reading something about poly bushings being wonderful for handling, but making a lot of noise.. creaking and stuff.. anyone?

My front contol arm bushings are poly and the rear bushings are hard rubber and since I put those in I've got the squeeky squeaks when turning hard on a dip or bump.

Got mine from JC Whitney. Love them and everything feels some much stiffer. Just remeber to use the grease that come with them. That way they won't squeak AS MUCH.
