Can dentwizard remove a slight ding just below trim on driverside door? I believe it was like that in the dealer lot when I picked it up. Its a Jetta 1.8t wagon. I didn't notice it at first because you can only notice it at a certain angle. Went to dealer today and they said they wouldn't do it under warranty(not surprised). Dealer quoted me 150$ to fix. How much might dentwizard charge me. I understand that dentwizard not that good in some places, but I believe they are good in my area (Long Island) b/c my bro had his hood repaired by them. I really don't want to mess with the factory paint job. Thanks in advance.

I had a paintless repair done on my 2000 Blazer. It was a bad door ding almost right in the cross bar area. The guy said he would chage me $50, or zero if I didn't like it. It took him about 5 minutes. It looked great and I gladly paid the $50. It has been about 6 months and you can't see the spot at all. The company that did it was from Jackson Mississippi, they just travel around the country and set-up a little 1 car tent after hail storms.
Good Luck,

Yeah, the most likely can get to it by taking off the interior door panel. When they look at the dent, they'll be able to tell you if they can do the job or not. They got to a dent on my rear left fender, right on the flare above the center of the wheel where the metal creases from angled to vertical. And that was after a body shop guy said PDR woudn't be able to get to it.

Twice I looked into paintless dent repair. Both times, two different companies, came to the house. The first vehicle was a tailgate of my truck. The damage was next to the release handle.and not accessable. Also, the bracing in the gate caused a problem He left without a charge! (what a surprise) This year I did it again it happened on my new truck, different location on the tailgate. Another vendor came to the house, said it was in a good location. In 15 minutes, he had it done and cost $75. As flat as a tailgate is, its impossible to see and I know where it was. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
