As the topic states...can you fit the seats oput of the 337 GTi into a MKIII Jetta???? They have side mount airbags so if they do fit how would you go about the wiring???

I think the airbags would be usless without a lot of electrical work to hook up side impact sensors and the such.

I'm not sure if the 337 Recaro's have removable brackets. Since they're made specifically for VW, I doubt it.
mk4 seats mount differently than mk3 seats. I have '01 GTI seats in my mk3, which required modification of the mounting points and the seats. I don't have the side airbags connected, as my car never had them.
