Yes you can do that in Houston:
I am driving a 2002 GLS 1.8T with auto, purchased a month ago, and I only paid invoice plus TT&L
1,600 miles and having a blast!

Yes you can, I got mine for $100 over invoice and at that price the dealers still make money. $22,800 plus tax title and license. Good Luck, I knew the owner of the dealership no haggling the price was set before I ever walked on the lot.
