when you install itb, you need to install a standalone fuel management system. you might need to change the fuel pump and fpr but in general it's not going to be that much harder or more expensive that on a digi car
(understand that it is both expensive and technically challenging to put itb's on any motor)

If you gotta ask...
It's possible if you make a plenum and intake pipe from the Fuel distributor to the plenum. I think it would be a pain in the ass to make it run properly, and it would defeat the whole purpose of using ITBs.
If you want ITBs, run Megasquirt at the very least...
