Can you change the instrument cluster colors? HELP!
My grandfather says the red/blue colors on the black gauge faces of his 2000 Passat hurt his eyes. Does anyone know if you can change the color of the light or gauge faces? Thanks

They are LEDS, can't chaange them easily. If your good with solder, you could do it, but IMHO, if he hates them that much, he should just get a different car. Or get him a 1998 B5 produced before August 1997 (they had green lights).

I'll sell your grandfather my Passat! Nice green lighting. Plus he can come to Vancouver and take a cruise before he picks up my car.
I actually prefer the green lighting. I have the same problem with the red/blue in that I find it really garish.
I love the lighting in the new A4. Classy.
