I would like to get a pair of 18's for my 1996 jetta. I have the eibach pro-kit about 1.5 inch drop, and was wondering of I could fit 18's on, would they rub or scrape or anything? What offset would I want, for the best fit. If you have any picture of your rides with 18's on let me see them!! THANKS ALOT
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ROLL ON 18's WITH OUT ROLLIN THE FENDERS!!!!!!!

Re: Can you roll on 18's without rollin the fenders PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! (96jettabink)

I t depends on how wide they are and what the offset is. You will most likely rub. You should probaly roll your fenders either way because it isn't that hard you could do it yourself. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

its possible. I have 18x7 wheels with close to 3" drop and i don't rub. There is a pic of my car a few pages back (thread "? on pearl paint") you can see the ride height there. I don't remember what offset the wheels are. hope this helps a little http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
