Can't get into tire forum Tire Question need some help?

Hello All,
I just order some Winter rims and tires from TireRack. Do they come balanced do I need to do anything special or just slap them on my ride and go? Thanks for the help! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

They should be balanced when they left Tirerack. That doesn't meany they'll be balanced when they arrive though.

The implication being that somehow a ride in a UPS truck is harder on the tires/wheels
than simply driving on them? Doubt that.
Yes they come balanced. Get some obnoxious wheel covers and you're good for
the winter.

BTW, seeing the the paint blasted off my wheel covers on
my winter steels reminds me why I don't run alloys with snow tires.

Yeah There is no WAY I would run the Alloys during the winter months with all the salt and sand. About the wheel covers I actualy heard it was not good to do wheel covers due to the fact the the snow gets packed in the covers and can cause problems down the road? I know the look of the steelies are not the best but I am willing ot sacrafice that for the winter months!

May just have to do that and see the looks that I get. Thanks for the advice. I'll post the pics if I do it!

Kinda off subject,
What the heck would cause the noise of my tires become increasing louder over a couple week period. I have the Kumho Ectasy770 I have never experienced loud tire noise, the other day I started noticing it and they only seem to be getting louder?
I had the tired rotated a few weeks ago, why would that cuase it if that's the case?
