The stock door woofers are 6 3/4", but a 6 1/2" will fit fine. You'll need a spacer for each woofer, which you can get from http://www.partsexpress.com/, part number 265-821 "METRA 82-4300 1" DEPTH EXTENDER PAIR." You'll need two pairs for 4 speakers.
As far as the tweeters, most smaller tweeters will fit in the stock door sails easily, and the back spots are a bit more flexible.
