car wont start again

today i coudn't get my car started so i borrowed jump leads and got it started, later on approx 2 hours i go back to car guess what? it wont start again, what is problem here

sounds like battery..
possibly alternator or wiring.. something may be draining your battery. also check your ground wires, etc..
It's hard to diagnose with only this information. does the car make any noise when you try to start it and it doesn't go? does it do anything? do your lights work, etc.?

You jump started it, then what? Did you drive it around for at least 20 minutes? If not, probably just the same problem. If you had the headlights on, you needed to drive it for at least 30-40 minutes.
