I have seen other cars but with the AMGs' and I want to put Carlssons' on. I know that I need the adapters, but what I need to know is what offset do I need? I am lookin at the Carlsson 1/6. They are available in two diff. widths. The 8" width is 35 mm and the 8.5" is 40mm. The adapters are avail. in 20, 22, and 25mm. Which is the easiest and savest way to go?? Anyone??

Re: Carlssons' on my Jetta 4! Is it possible? HELP?! (carl garrett)

Well, most of the euro cars that have these wheels have one of two things done. First, fill and redrill, if you know someone who is good. Also, there is something to be said for swapping the front axle out....and the rear is a simple rotor swap. As for adaptors, IM me if you're serious, and I promise you I can get you smaller than 20mm..
What's the offset on the wheels?

...Are you serious? People have actually had to re-machine the wheels ,in order to get those Mercedes wheels to fit Mk IV Volkswagens? is there no adapter that would allow fitment ?
