Cartech fpr (do I have to keep stock fpr)

I just got the rising rate Cartech FPR from EIP. The instructions say that I should retain my factory fpr for times when there is low boost. Is there any way to avoid this. I am using the Ross Machine Racing feul rail so mounting the g-60 frp would be a big pain. Plus I'd rather keep it simple. This is on a 16v turbo with g60 engine managment. Thanks

are you talking about a cartech FMU? if so use it with the stock fpr yes. If its a cartech FPR(I didnt know they made one compatible with our fuel systems) then you should be replacing your stock one..
Im pretty sure you got a FMU, not a FPR
