Just wondering if I can get some help again here.
My CEL light has been on over a month now.
I went to autozone to get it scanned, code 1582 came up. I did some online searching and found it to be the Idle Adaption at limit.
So I brought my car to a mechanic 1.5 weeks ago. He found the code also and reset my car's computer. The CE light was off for a few days, then came back on.
My engine has been running fine, getting the same gasmileage as usual.
Does anyone know what may be wrong? I am using 20-50 for oil, could changing my oil to 10-30 or 10-40 get this CE light to turn off?
BTW, ive had 20-50 in my car about 2 weeks before the light came on.
