CEL came on ???

My CEL came on yesterday and my brothers VAG-COM is showing a code of 16556. I don't have a Bentley for my car, can anyone help me out. He has the Bentley for his S4 and that code is for engine running too rich. I just wanted to confirm it means the same thing for a VW 2.0. Also could this be part of the recall?Thanks in advance.
