Got a 04 Jetta 1.8T with catless dp and wayne block (O2 spacer) and revo stage 2

Pulling these codes.
P0030 Headter Control Circuit (bank 1, sensor 1)
P0036 Heater Control Circuit (bank 1, sensor 2)

Will replacing the upstream (before cat) oxygen sensor fix both these codes?

What what you've read was correct.

i see two sensors pointed out in the two errors you've posted.

Ok than what is the cause for the other code P0036?

Sensor 2 is the main point here...

Just a question, you have HOW many o/2's?

So your saying the downstream sensor is also shot? I just replaced it a few months ago so I hope it's still under warranty

the error's are saying both of them are having issues.

i would start checking the Accessory hardness that exits the cowl by the passenger side strut tower, it runs down the frame rail and plugs into the O/2's.

See if there is any damage there, or something else that would cause the above issues.

Else, start testing from the ECU pins with the o/2's plugged in.

Sorry to revive this old thread but did you figure out what the cause was? I now have those exact codes.
