'96 golf 2.0 auto. 98,xxx. i replaced my cap, rotor, plugs, and wires yesterday due to cracks in the plug wires. car was running fine, no cel. got done fired up the car and got a cel for p1580 vag 17988. clear it out, came right back on. what could have caused this. i rechecked everything i did. please help. thanks mike
