Cheap/nice mods I can do

My friend is in Canada for school, and I want his car to be different when he gets home for christmas, but dont want to spend a few hundred. I am going to put a floor in the rear of his 88 GTi (he has none, I will just do a thin wood with carpet) and I also want to do some other stuff, so what can I do?

hmmm lets see here, easy cheap mods. Lay-down rear wiper, spray tint the upper part of his tails, grille spoiler (fibre glass ones are only like 35$us) Sirocco I single wiper (junkyard). Maybe if your a really nice friend you'd get him a inexpensive lowering kit (wytec,spax 100$-150$)???? http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

oh and knee bolsters are an inexpensive junkyard mod too.

where can I get the knee bolsters!!?!? Also how much for the single wiper off a scirocco? these sound like really good ones, hes allready lowered and all that

maybe you should only do mods which van be reversed

well, I know that he really wants me to supprise him, and I dont know abaout the bolsters, but those are easy to switch back if he dont like, and the wiper I was planning on getting "his opinion" on single wipers. We talk about these mods all the time, Im sure hes good for em.
By the way, his floor is just the metal in the hatch area..... no spare cover, nor spare, so its all uneven and crap, and he just throws stuff down in there. I plan on putting some kind of level flooring on top of it.

scirocco I's had single wipers, I put one in my rabbt but I'm sure putting one in a mk2 can't be all that different. BTW where is brushprarie WA ?? 'm in spokane

Brush Prairie is near Vancouver, basically portland OR, but across the river
