I've bought two things from fellow vortexer's in Canada and both packages were opened, missing pieces and falling apart .They both also took a month to receive. I won't buy any parts from Canada again. Both Vortexers were standup guys but the customs agents were a little too through.

Try contacting DHL, their shipping rates to and from Canada are reasonable.

Use Greyhound! They are Cheap and Reliable. I've sent many parcels to fellow Vortexers and have never had a problem.

use either fed ex ground or the regular mail.... fed ex ground works best to metropolitan areas.

USPS, USPS and only USPS either coming from or going to Canada.
Any other carrier and you stand a good chance of being screwed.

Go with USPS...any other carrier charges a packet for brokerage and you can't get your item until you pay them.
