The twin turbo V8 engine pushes out no less than 335kW, with maximum torque of 560Nm available from 1 950-5 500r/min. The power is sent through the familiar Tiptronic gearbox with steering wheel mounted control buttons and transmitted by quattro four-wheel-drive system to the wheels - sporting 255/35ZR18 tyres.
What all that means is that the RS6 bullets to 100km/h in 4.8 seconds and has no difficulty getting to the familiar governed autobahn top speed of 250km/h.
