Does anyone know if you can get chrome trim/moulding for your windows on an Jetta IV or a GOLF IV. I am talking about what is on the BMW 328/330 windows? If so please post pics.....I am interested to see what it would look like.....

yikes...not too many people on here like chrome on their cars! Can't say I've ever seen a chrome kit though!

I think its a damn good idea, i loooove the way the new B5s look with the chrome around the windows, the only problem with the GTI and Jettas are that our front and back windows are separate, the passat is combined at the B pillar....

I would actually be very interested in this. I don't want an aftermarket stick on, if possible though.
And if you don't like chrome, go flame someplace else. The more expensive cars have chrome, so why can't ours? And for those who do put chrome on their car, it will be done tastefully and non-ricey.

Maybe someone can photoshop you a pic with them (Personnaly I wouldn't do it).

I don't care for the look, but here is a galactic blue jetta with chrome window trim.

To clear up some confusion this is my car and the window trim was photo chopped. This is not real.

the current audi models all have it and it looks real nice. The black-ed out thing is kinda eighties to me.

that is exactly my point....I don't want it if it would be ugly, but just the fact that it looks good on 3 series and A4 makes me want to see how it would look on a jetta. The black trim is just asking for help.
Don't want to tick people off...just wondering what it would be like....

I'm with JettaFlavah on this one... too many times I see posts asking for info about a particular part or mod and rather then responding with the info that was asked for, people respond to say they don't like that part or mod. It's especially annoying when the post is about a part that the person already bought. Like someone posts asking for install help on a shift knob and someone responds with "That knob is gay."
