is it possible to just run your city lights? I want to be able to just run my city lights and no headlights. I think that would look cool. not for night driving.

It does look cool. That's why you need a euroswitch.
I got mine at Potterman's ( http://www.parts4vws.com )
Neat and simple mod. I installed it before I drove off the lot. The salesman was dazed and confused when I told him that I'd be leaving with my city lights on and no DRL's. He said, "city lights? What are city lights?" Takes all of 20 seconds to swap out.

Yep. It's got 3 positions instead of just 'on' and 'off'. The middle position lights just the city lights and running lights. Unbelievably simple to install.

AND, the good new for you is, there is a fantastic Group Buy going on right now in the Golf IV/Jetta IV classifieds for the Euroswitches: ONLY $40! That's HALF what they usually are anywhere else!

can you run fogs and parking lights independantly of city lights as well??maybe have the city lights on a toggle switch??

Fogs can be on with all lights, or just park/city lights. You could add a switch just for city lights, I suppose.
